Payment of Fees
After the Reservation Date has been confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the Reservation fee is due within 14 days.
The balance of the reservation fee is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.
Catering
You are responsible for your own catering arrangements.
If you prefer a caterer not on the list, a waiver must be completed. Please call (408) 995-MITP for more information.
Portable Restrooms
You may be required to supply portable restroom facilities depending on the size, type and length of event.
