Roles
The three docent roles are:
Banker
Announcer
Coordinator
The Banker must know and do the following:
Know and perform banking duties (need a good head for math)
Make final decision in case of dispute
Be responsible for set-up and close of bank
Be detail-oriented and frank
The Announcer must know and do the following:
Control pace of game
Narrate game activities
Be pleasant and outgoing
Be enthusiastic with a sense of humor
The Coordinator must do the following:
Watch dice rolls and turn order
Memorize token order
Coordinate equipment
Check inventory at open and close of game
Close out game and pack up
Be a problem solver
Be a people person
A Game Docent shall:
Be committed for a year
Be trained in classroom and game sessions
Receive a hat and a Monopoly in the Park referee shirt
Rules
These rules are slightly modified to allow for the Monopoly in the Park
"Large and in Charge" game format
